Finishes, Furniture etc, then there is less chance for misunderstandings, misrepresentation and missed deadlines.

Through Design and Build, Synergy will offer to design, project manage and build the agreed project for a fixed fee and within a fixed duration.  We take all the responsibility and risks to acheive this.
