33 Wigmore Street is a landmark building in the truest sense.  With seven floors and a listed reception and staircase as well as the fascade, Synergy were tasked with the sympathetic design of the common parts and the strip out and refurbishment of four floors.  This included Specialist Joinery, Mechanical and Electrical, Plumbing and full decoration works.  The building was marketed upon completion and has so far secured three new tenants.
