The office fit out for Hallet Retail Ltd and Prodigy Ltd was completed on time and handed over to the clients today. The Gymnasium and Showers have also been completed and handed over to Lazari Investments Ltd even though the specification of works was changed and additional works were included. Finally, on the same day, Synergy have handed over the keys to the completed 3 bedroom apartment in Highgate to the new owners, who will move in within the next two weeks. This has proved to be a successful project as Synergy have now been employed to completely strip out and convert a £1.6M apartment in Bloomsbury for the same clients, which starts in one weeks time.
The Waitrose project was a success and has now completed. Synergy have removed all evidence of the cameras and cabling and every tenant has commented on their satisfaction.
Lazari Investments Ltd have asked Synergy to fit out a basement storeroom into a Gymnasium and Shower Facility for an incoming tenant and to convert a four rooms to toilets within two floors of the 60,000 sq ft building. With other works also required and with a very tight timescale, Synergy were the obvious choice of Lazari Investments Ltd.
Fuse Ltd have asked Synergy to build a bespoke reception desk following a recommendation from Heavenly Ltd who had employed Synergy several years prior and as part of the works, provided a number of bespoke joinery. This will be of a similar design and design, built and delivered within eight weeks.
Hallet Retail Ltd and Prodigy Ltd have employed Synergy to fit out their new Finchley head office. The ground floor accommodation is 2,000 sq ft in a shell condition.
Synergy have won the tender to redevelop a three bedroom apartment within a listed block in Highgate, London. The work is for a private tenant who requires the apartment to be completely stripped out and all new fittings and finishes to be installed whilst maintaining the integrity of the property and to ensure the other tenants within the block are not disturbed.
Synergy have been requested by a previous client, the English National Ballet School in London, to provide options to reorganise their offices to achieve a better use of space whilst also relocating their IT equipment and cabling.
Synergy have been contracted by Hertfordshire accountants, Ledermans, to assist with their purchase of a Grade II listed property. Synergy have obtained the necessary Local Planning Consents and Change of Use consents. Synergy have also surveyed the property and provided a number of options to the layout achieving all of Ledermans requirements. The purchase has been completed and the clients will relocate within the month.
Synergy Healthcare Research Ltd asked Synergy to assist them in finding suitable premises in Clerkenwell. Synergy provided plans detailing how each property could best achieve their requirements against a cost plan detailing every cost to create such an environment. A property was located that met all the client’s needs in both accommodation and cost and the relocation has now been completed.
Synergy have been asked by CCM Ltd to repair and replace doors and security equipment within a number of their property portfolio.
TenUK have employed Synergy to install their Data cabling and Electrical cabling within their London Head Office whilst running their 24/7 operation. This has been an on-going contract and Synergy have managed to complete all works to complete satisfaction and with no disruption to the business and their clients.
Synergy were asked back by their client, Kalido Ltd, to re-organise their current London office and create three additional meeting rooms. This included new services and Air Conditioning and was completed on time and to budget with no disruption to the client.
Synergy complete the re-design and refurbishment of Napier Browns head office at St Katherines Dock, London.
Indian based Business Octane have contacted Synergy to assist them with the co-ordination and implementation of their new London Showroom with their latest technology for Video Conferencing.
Synergy continue to provide Health and Safety consultancy to NYSE Euronext throughout the UK.
